Antioxidant for potatoes, fruits and vegetables. Starch, antioxidant: SODIUM SULFITE. Use: Simply mix HacoWeiss-Knodelhilfe into the water in which you add potatoes, vegetables or fruits after peeling or cutting. For raw potato dough: contents of the bag are sufficient for approx. 7 kg of potatoes in 3 l of water. Stir vigorously into the potato dough before pressing. For fruit and vegetables: bag contents sufficient for approx. 3kg of fruit in 2 liters of water. Throw away washing water. For horseradish: Stir the contents of the bag well into approx. 1.2 kg of grated horseradish. Store in a cool and dry place.
