The golden-yellow risotto alla milanese is a small luxury, which is why Michelin-starred chef Gualtiero Marchesi served it with gold leaf. It is cooked with beef broth and topped with Parmesan cheese. Tip: Clumping is normal in the mixture, as the granulated broth already added absorbs water.
