Aged for approximately two years in wooden barrels, this balsamic vinegar has an even more intense and richer flavor than the young Il Tinello Etichetta Gialla. The nose offers juniper, malt, and a hint of wood. On the palate, roasted notes and caramel reappear. This balsamic vinegar pairs well with meat, fried fish, and cooked vegetables.
