Apricot chutney with curry and coconut, Fink`s Delicatessen

Fink`s Genuine Delicacies are produced in Walkersdorf, in the heart of Styria`s fruit-growing region. Nestled on mineral-rich soils over volcanic rock, in a sunny climate, the orchards lie idyllically between fertile fields and cool forests. Here, valuable old fruit varieties such as Maschansker, Kriecherln, Hauszwetschken, and Weingartenpfirsich are still cultivated in traditional orchards and on small plots. These are then used to create pumpkin seed oil, fruit juices, schnapps, and wines of exemplary density, elegance, and regional character.
