The `Beautiful Four` is made from olive oil and 1.8% essential oils of lime, lemongrass, and orange. It is excellent for salad dressings and for experimenting. Compared to a distilled flavor oil, a cold-pressed, natural oil is composed of a much wider range of flavor and aroma components. This complexity of flavor and aroma is something a distilled flavor oil simply cannot replicate. The oil should be diluted 1:3 with another oil before use.
