The deep purple plum liqueur evokes the aromas of star fruit and dried cinnamon sticks. Its magnificent, deep red color unfolds with the addition of ripe plums. Even the first drop enchants with an intense fruit experience and a subtle almond note. As soon as the first plums ripen on the trees, the hand-picking begins. Following a three-stage process, the tree-ripened plums are carefully hand-picked. For the distillate production, great emphasis is placed on using fully ripened, regional fruit from the Lake Constance area. To preserve the delicate fruit aromas in the distillate, the distillation process is carried out on the fresh mash. The immediate processing of the freshly harvested fruit is an essential detail in the production of this exceptionally aromatic distillate.
