Perhaps that`s because the onions are bathed in Sascha`s own gin, coriander, and lime, then delicately seasoned. A chutney that pairs perfectly with poultry and veal. But of course, it`s also an absolute delight with cheese, as the guests of the Stembergs know. The quality lies in the power of the ingredients. Everything is prepared and cooked by hand.
