Liquid food coloring, black, highly concentrated. Water, highly concentrated dye: Black PN E151, Allura Red AC E129, Tartrazine E102, Brilliant Blue FCF E133, sodium chloride and / or sodium sulfate. Dye mixture: 2.51%. E151, E129 and E102 may affect activity and attention in children. Declaration and maximum quantity according to Regulation (EC) 1333 / 2008. Application: For marzipan, sugar, fondant, etc. Limited use for food. Intended for commercial food production only, not intended for retail sale. Store in a cool place.
