DE - ECO - 022 Harvested from the prime vineyards of Westhofen`s top vineyards, matured in traditional half-vineyards or barrique barrels, and aged on the lees for at least 15 months. Straw-yellow in color, with a spicy aroma of Mediterranean herbs, orange, and citrus, along with delicate notes of jasmine and ginger. On the palate, a very elegant acidity with an intense, long, and playful finish.
