The Apple Mallow Elixir was developed over many months as a special edition for ZEIT magazine and combines the natural powers of exquisite fruits in a complex, balanced dessert liqueur. After gentle maturation, apples, mallow, licorice, cardamom, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, and star anise combine to create this sweet spiced liqueur, which can be enjoyed both classically neat (with ice cubes and apple slices), as a spritz (with Prosecco), in a long drink (with tonic), or over sorbet.
