2021 DJUN Nebbiolo d`Alba, dry, 14% vol., Pedemontis

Spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, then aged for 11 months in barriques. Garnet red in color. On the palate, there are red fruit components such as raspberries, wild strawberries, and sour cherries, as well as some spicy notes such as vanilla, cinnamon, and truffle. The wine was called Ruvaj until the 2020 vintage.
