DE - OKO - 039 Natural minerality, deep saline structure and herbal red slate aroma, wild balance, low sulfites, unfiltered. The Schatzel winery practices organic and biodynamic viticulture. The vine rows in the vineyards are narrow and low to create shade, which slows down grape ripening and thus reduces water consumption. Furthermore, the soils are protected by selected cover crops, and the local fauna is promoted.
