The Stirn vineyard is located high up on the summit ridge of the Ayler Kupp. The vines, which are over 60 years old, are ideally south-facing and steep, catching the sun`s rays. Elegant, almost weightless with an invigorating, cool minerality, the Stirn is a large, characterful Saar wine.
