2016 Marieschafer Regent, dry, 12% vol., Ziereisen

This wine is exceptional in many ways: the Regent grapes were fermented spontaneously and 100% with the stems. The wine was then aged for over 7 years in large oak barrels. The wine was then bottled without filtration. With its spice, tobacco and light garrigue aromas, it is reminiscent of Mediterranean wines.
