Sho 1607 Kouji Malt Grain Whiskey, 40% vol., Japan
This whisky represents the essence of Japan and its unique umami culture like few others. The use of rice and rice kouji gives it that special aroma and sweet finish so typical of Japanese flavors. A very smooth whisky, ideal for a highball, the traditional way whisky is enjoyed in Japan. Matured in oak casks, this is the first whisky from the Sato Distillery in Kumamoto Province, which has been distilling shochu since 1905. This whisky is a certified original and available in Europe for the first time.
