Ingredients
Tempura breading mix. Corn starch, WHEAT FLOUR (SOY), rice flour, salt, flavour enhancer: E621, thickener: E415, raising agents: E450, E500, E341, spices. Preparation: Dissolve the contents of the packet in 1 cup (240 ml) of cold water. Prepare 500g of prawns, leaving the tails intact. Pour a large amount of vegetable oil into a pan and heat over medium heat (+175°C). Holding the prawns by the tails, dip them in the batter and immediately place them in the pan. Fry the prawns until they are golden brown. Store in a dry place.
