Ingredients
Sandwich rolls, frozen. 60% WHEAT FLOUR, water, sugar, vegetable-based shortening (whole hydrogenated pam stearin), yeast, baking powder. Steaming: Steam over boiling water for about 10 minutes, ready to serve. Microwave: Sprinkle water over the roll and place in the microwave with a cup of water. Heat for 1 minute at 800 watts and leave in the microwave for 2 minutes. It is recommended to eat the roll within 5 minutes. Frying: Fry in oil (+150°C to +160°C) for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Turn frequently to ensure even color. Store frozen at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
