Food varnish (Glanzfix Spray), Ruth

Spraying this varnish seals the surface of chocolate and marzipan. The varnish protects sugar creations from moisture and leaves a beautiful shine. It is completely odorless and tasteless. This food-grade varnish contains: alcohol, shellac E-904, and nitrogen (as an environmentally friendly safety propellant). For a matte finish or a more natural look, use Kabufix - Cocoa Butter Light (Art. 11186) or Dark (Art. 11187, with cocoa powder).
