Cinco Jotas - 100% acorn-fed Iberico PRESA (neck), hand-cut

The pastures where the Iberian Bellota Cinco Jotas pigs are raised are located in the southwest of the Iberian Peninsula, specifically within the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Huelva Natural Park. The pigs graze freely year-round on these meadows, covering up to 14 kilometers a day, resulting in a more flavorful and tender ham. They feed almost exclusively on acorns and the natural grasses found in the pastures. The area is dominated by holm oaks, gall oaks, and cork oaks, which provide various types of acorns for the pigs` diet.
