		Low temperature vacuum cooked suckling pig, frozen. 85% suckling pig, water, salt, gelling agent: methylcellulose. Defrost the product. Fry for 10 minutes with 2 drops of oil in a non-stick pan or on a griddle on the rind side at +150°C until crispy. Cook on the opposite side for 1 minute. And serve with our sauce as desired. If it sticks, we recommend using baking paper and placing it on the bottom of the casserole dish or pan before cooking. Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting and store in the refrigerator.
