The Iberico ham matures gently for 36 months at an altitude of approximately 900 meters in the Sierra de Baza. It is 100% natural and produced without preservatives: maturation is achieved exclusively with sea salt. The unique, dry, and cool climate in the mountains of Granada promotes the optimal maturation process, making this ham an exceptional delicacy. This hind leg ham from the Jamones Granadinos manufactory comes from pigs that are at least 50% purebred Iberico. They are fed a cereal diet (Cebo). For optimal taste and aroma, open 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy at room temperature.
