Feta`s little brother. Made from whey with the addition of sheep`s and goat`s cream. Very fine acidity, purely milky, creamy. A jack of all trades in both hot and cold dishes. Breaded with panko or sesame, simply fry in a pan. Add a little honey. Delicious!!
