DE-OKO-039. The Deidesheimer Paradiesgarten is a region characterized by red sandstone that borders directly on the Palatinate Forest. The wines are always very cool and fresh, but with a lot of depth and elegance. The wines were matured 50% in large wooden barrels and 50% in stainless steel.
