Korean BBQ Bulgogi Marinade for Beef, O`FOOD

`Bulgogi` is a Korean dish made from marinated beef. Very well known in Europe under the term `Korean hot pot`. Translated, the word `Bulgogi` literally means `fire meat` and refers to the preparation. The meat is prepared over an open flame. The Bulgogi marinade for beef consists of sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and other ingredients. This ready-made marinade is simply applied to the beef and can then be prepared as desired. Bulgogi is traditionally eaten with rice, dipped in sauce, eaten whole or sometimes rolled up in some kimchi and a lettuce leaf.
