Vintage oil sardines are considered a great delicacy among sardine lovers. The minimum shelf life for this product is 6 years! The approx. 5 selected sardines have a mild taste. The goods were lightly seasoned with Fleur de Sel and preserved in the best olive oil. The sardines are juicy and tender and could be eaten whole. With each year of storage, these sardines get better, as the marriage between olive oil and sardine is slow to develop, but then an incomparably harmonious relationship develops. The production of vintage sardines is limited
