Dom Ruinart Rose 2009 is a champagne rarity whose unique character is based on the selection of the Grand Crus used. A sophisticated, dynamic champagne with a strong character. On the nose, toasted notes mix with the aromas of ripe citrus fruits. On the palate, the Chardonnay provides freshness and a crisp, straightforward character. The beautifully structured finish is fully controlled and allows the Pinot Noir to express its bitterness, which is particularly fine due to the low dosage. On the nose, a warm, sunny aroma immediately unfolds with roasted notes of coffee and cocoa beans, which mingle with candied apple and ripe citrus fruits such as tangerine, blood orange or kumquat.
