Kohl Cuvee mountain apple juice + mandarin

Mountain apple juice and mandarin orange: a distinctly full-bodied presence, aromatic, fresh, with an exciting interplay of sweetness and acidity. This cuvee combines the flavors of the south and the north: mandarins from Ciaculli ripened in the Sicilian sun and apples from our orchards kissed by the mountain sun. The distinctive mountain apple juice forms the structure of the juice, while the aromatic mandarin orange dances against this backdrop, adding sweet and sour flavor nuances. Serving temperature: 8-12°C. Particularly recommended with summer salads, vegetarian dishes, mussels and shellfish, cakes, and yeast pastries.
