Wasabi - Green Horseradish - Powder, with real wasabi
Wasabi is a green root vegetable with a distinctly pungent flavor. Originally from Japan, it thrives only in flowing water. Wasabi powder: S and B is arguably the best wasabi powder for connoisseurs. It is mixed with water in a 1:2 ratio to form a paste and can be served on its own or with soy sauce alongside sushi.
