2021 Riesling Ü40, dry, 13% vol., Tina Pfaffmann

The fully ripe Riesling grapes are harvested by hand from vines that are over 40 years old and processed gently. This loving devotion creates an incredibly muscular wine with a deep extract. It goes perfectly with very quick fried meat, sushi and any kind of fish dishes.
