Fresh quince juice paired with selected herbs. The in-house production of lemonades is part of the special bar concept. In order to meet this requirement, the Rosebottel team makes its own lemonades. Personally, in small batches, with the utmost care and with the best ingredients. This is what the first and only lemonade manufactory in Ulm stands for. Since 2014, the essences have also been available in bottles for consumption at home. The lemonades are a special treat when drunk neat or as a filler in a long drink.
