QimiQ Whip is up to 50% lower in fat than conventional cream products. It can be whipped cold and is ideal for espuma use. QimiQ Whip can be frozen and defrosted very well without any loss of quality. When preparing with fruit, for example in a mousse, there will be no mixing or discoloration. QimiQ Whip is available in 4 varieties: coffee, vanilla, chocolate and natural. Very simple - whip, prepare, cool - done.
