Yellow like the sun that kissed the corn, these gnocchetti are made from rice and corn, and are gluten-free. The flavor is a touch sweeter than regular pasta, but they`re perfect as a soup garnish or in a tangy cheese and spinach sauce... Damn, now I`m hungry again. Cooking time: about 10-12 minutes.
