The classic sauce with asparagus also goes well with all cooked vegetables, eggs and fried, grilled meat and fish. Also suitable for gratinating. Tip: Refine the sauce with herbs, horseradish or other aromatic spices. Simply heat to approx. 75 ° C over medium heat, do not boil!
