Scent: A rather unusual nose with spicy and vegetal aromas and notes of mustard seeds. Taste: Very many aromas from the oak barrel with typical vanilla and coconut notes. SBS El Salvador 2008 is a single barrel bottling with only 318 bottles. The rum was distilled in 2008 and bottled in cask strength with 55% vol in February 2020. The use of cooling filtration and the addition of additives was completely dispensed with.
