Panettone alle mandorle, yeast cake with almond, fiasconaro
Available from the beginning of October. This hand-wrapped panettone contains only raisins, no candied citrus fruits, in its dough. It`s covered in granulated sugar and whole almonds. As with all Fiasconaro panettone, the raw material is the house`s own sourdough, which is allowed to mature for three days.
