We also call Mafaldine garter noodle in German, simply because they look like such a garter belt. It is an approx. 10 mm wide ribbon noodle with a wavy edge. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. The Dedicato line is made from 100% Apulian wheat and is made with bronze matrices! Also available in individual 500g packets! With `Dedicato alla nostra terra` (dedicated to our area) Granoro wants to upgrade the products grown in Apulia. `Our tradition is closely linked to our area. With the Dedicato line, we want to contribute to the sustainability of Apulian agriculture and create a direct connection between farmers and consumers based on shared values such as environmental protection, preservation of tradition and the authenticity of the products. This line is dedicated to our Puglia region, known for pasta but also numerous other products.
