Mafaldine are also known as garter pasta in German, simply because they resemble a garter. They are approximately 10 mm wide ribbon pasta with a wavy edge. This pasta originates from Italy and is made from the finest durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. The Dedicato line is made from 100% Apulian wheat and produced using bronze dies! Also available in individual 500g packages! With `Dedicato alla nostra terra` (Dedicated to our land), Granoro aims to promote products grown in Apulia. `Our tradition is closely linked to our land.
