Ready-to-use mix for preparing vegan meatballs. textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), breadcrumbs (WHEAT FLOUR, salt), spices (caraway, nutmeg, pepper, onion), sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, thickener: methyl cellulose, rapeseed oil, 2.9% enzymatically hydrolysed pea protein, flavors (aroma extract, natural flavor Aromatic substance, thermally obtained reaction aroma), table salt, herbs (marjoram), beetroot. Preparation for 4 meatballs: 1) Thoroughly mix 100g of the ready-to-use mixture with 180 ml of very cold water and 2 tablespoons (approx. 20g) of vegetable oil. Add chopped onions, herbs, and spices as needed. 2) Let the mass swell in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 3) Shape approx. 4 meatballs from the mixture with moistened hands. 4) Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Store dry and protected from light, not above room temperature.
