Ready-to-use mix for preparing vegan burger patties. Textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), corn granulate, rice granulate, thickener: methyl cellulose, sunflower seeds partially de-oiled, rapeseed oil, spices, flavors, caramel powder (caramel sugar syrup, maltodextrin), 2.9% enzymatically hydrolyzed pea protein, beetroot flavoring, table salt. Preparation: 1) Thoroughly mix 100 g of the ready-to-use mixture with 200 ml of very cold water. 2) Let the mass swell in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 3) Form 4 burgers from the mixture with moistened hands. 4) Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan and fry the burgers over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Store dry and protected from light, not above room temperature.
