The cold-pressed oil from roasted sesame has a pleasantly nutty taste. Of course, it goes very well with Asian cuisine such as wok dishes. But it also seasoned grilled fish, risotti and pasta with vegetables. The Lapalisse mill in the Auvergne has been producing cooking oils for four generations.
