 
        Spice Garden Tandoori Masala, Indian spice mix
Traditional Indian spice mix for marinating meat, poultry or fish; for all Indian tandoori dishes cooked in the charcoal-fired oven. Recipe Suggestion: Add 3 tablespoons of Tandoori Masala, a little salt and lemon juice to a large cup of yoghurt or buttermilk and marinate the sliced chicken thighs overnight. Then grill crispy over the grill or in a very hot oven.
