Spice Garden Cameroon Pepper, black, whole

This pepper originates from the Penja Valley in Cameroon, West Africa. The equatorial climate, with its balanced ratio of sun and rain, and the fertile volcanic soils are ideal for cultivating pepper plants. Harvests are small, making this pepper very rare and highly sought after. The aroma of Cameroon pepper is particularly delicate yet powerful, pleasing to the nose, developing into a warm and rounded flavor on the palate with an amber note. Black Cameroon pepper seasons meat dishes and, accordingly, darker soups and sauces.
