Single Malt Whiskey Kilchoman Machir Bay, 46% vol., Islay

The Machir Bay is really exceptionally good, especially considering that this is just a standard bottling. The use of bourbon and sherry barrels in the maturation shows up in the beautiful sweetness with vanilla and caramel. These are perfectly rounded off by the light wood notes and the soft smoke.
