		Dumplings filled with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, deep-frozen. Water, 33.9% WHEAT flour, 10.4% potato flakes, 2.6% porcini mushrooms, uniodised cooking salt, roasted onions (onions, sunflower oil, potato starch, salt), vegetable oils (rape, sunflower), spices, herbs. Preparation: Cooking: Cook the frozen product in slightly salted water for 8 minutes. Steaming: Prepare frozen product in combi steamer for 9 minutes at 100% steaming. Baking: Spread frozen noodle with egg yolk or Combi-Phase and bake in preheated oven at + 250 ° C for 10 minutes. Frying: Breaded frozen dumplings and fry for 4 minutes at high temperature (+ 185 ° C). Store at -18 ° C or lower. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Stable at -6 ° C () for 1 week.
