ES - ECO - 013 - IB Flor de Sal (the flower of salt) is the purest of all salts. Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves have dedicated themselves to harvesting and distributing this premium salt in the nature reserve northeast of Playa Es Trenc in southeastern Mallorca. Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh is responsible for the refined flavor of the Flor de Sal. Gourmets can look forward to a Flor de Sal enhanced with sophisticated, delicate curry aromas, subtly seasoned with cinnamon and cardamom, typical of Sri Lanka. Other ingredients include turmeric, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, fenugreek, cloves, and black pepper. It is a particularly refined addition to grilled chicken, lamb, baked fish, and vegetables.
