For quick and easy production of stable and cold Espumas. Unfolds its stabilizing effect without heating. Blend Espuma cold in cold liquid. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Fill in a suitable siphon and pour N20 cartridge (s). Depending on the desired stability 0.5 to 2.5% (100 ml liquid = 2.5 g Espuma cold).
