Pallisade Raisin and Fig Bread, pre-baked, Siegert, organic

NL - BIO - 01 Tradition and technology are closely intertwined at Carl Siegert. The organically grown grains, such as wheat and spelt, come 100% from the Netherlands. The grain is milled slowly and just before use to preserve its aroma. The doughs, made with our own sourdough cultures, rest for a long time to allow the flavor to develop. The direct heat during baking in rotating or stone-floor ovens gives the baked goods their characteristic aroma and a crispy crust. After baking, the bread and rolls are cooled, frozen at -35°C, and packaged. This guarantees absolute freshness right to your table, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and festive meals. Simply bake the required amount of bread and rolls after thawing.
