
Crabmeat - Cangrejo Gallegol, Los Peperetes
From the Los Peperetes factory in Galicia come premium seafood preserves. Owners Jesus Lorenzo and his wife Dona Paz originally began preserving these little delicacies in their popular Los Peperetes restaurant. Cangrejo (spinach crab) is an exquisite blend of crab and, sometimes, smaller quantities of spider crab meat. This fresh, tasty combination can be used to create delicious dishes that are also low in calories and natural. The characteristic flavor is reminiscent of the wonderful maritime air. Fantastic with salads, grilled vegetables, pasta and risotto, egg dishes, and classic seafood cocktails. The sky`s the limit!
