It contains all the properties of Xantana rubber, but with maximum transparency. Properties: Thickener, emulsifier, suspender. Application: Dissolves in hot or cold liquids. Mix with a mixer. Use: Any type of liquid with a water content greater than 80%. Notes: Heat-resistant, can be frozen. Thermoreversible. Applications: Sauces / Raw coulis / Vinaigrettes / Syrups / Soups
