From Callebaut`s Select series: well-balanced bitter notes of cocoa. They resemble small chocolate drops and are ideal when only a small amount of chocolate needs to be melted, as they are easy to portion. When melted, the 70-30-38 is rather thick, but perfect for flavoring.
