Sea buckthorn puree / pulp, finely strained
Sea-buckthorn berries have a sour-tart taste. It goes well with soups, sauces, chutneys, carrots, lentils, squash, cabbage, turnips and sweet potatoes as icing on the cake. Also use the purée of the orange shining berries for cake icing and biscuit icing as well as desserts.
